This policy explains what PresciaBio collects and how it is handled. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.

What we collect

Email address, only when you submit it through a form on the site (for example, to request access).
Basic server logs (such as IP address and request time) generated automatically when pages load, used for security and reliability.

Sequences you enter in the scanner

The in-browser scanner runs entirely in your browser. Sequences you paste are analyzed locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. If you later use the API or a paid engagement, any sequences you send are covered by the applicable agreement and treated as confidential.

How we use information

To respond to access requests and communicate with you about the service.
To operate, secure, and improve the site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email delivery), under agreements that limit their use of it.

Retention

We keep contact details only as long as needed for the purpose you provided them, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by contacting us.

Cookies & analytics

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics are enabled, they record aggregate page views without identifying you or setting cookies.
