Your data is confidential

Your sequences are yours. We do not train models on them. We do not share them with anyone. We do not sell them. There is no version of our business where your molecule is the product.

The free scanner never sees your sequence at all

The scanner on our home page runs inside your own web browser. Your sequence is analysed on your computer and never leaves it. Nothing is uploaded — not to us, not to anyone else. You can turn off your internet connection after the page loads and it still works. If you want to check, open your browser's network tab and watch: no request goes out.

That means you can screen a proprietary candidate today, without an agreement, without telling us anything, and without us ever knowing the sequence existed.

If you do send us a sequence

For the structure-based work and the paid reports, we need the sequence on our servers — modelling an Fv is not something a browser can do. Here is exactly what happens to it.

Sequences travel to us over an encrypted connection. Only people at PresciaBio who need to run your analysis can reach them.

Want an agreement in place first?

Ask, and we will send you a mutual NDA before you send us anything at all. This is a normal request and nobody here will think it is unusual — a lead candidate is often the most valuable thing a company owns. Email hello@presciabio.com and say “NDA first”. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to send a sequence to start the conversation.

What we will never do

Why we are telling you this plainly

Because the alternative is a privacy policy, and nobody reads those before pasting a sequence into a box. If any of this is unclear, or you need something in writing that says it more formally, email us and we will send it. We would rather answer the question than have you guess.

This page describes how we handle your sequences and results. Our privacy policy covers the ordinary website things — your email address, server logs — and our terms cover the rest.
